Order status

The lookup answers with one generic message for both a wrong reference and a wrong phone, so it never reveals which part was wrong or whether an order exists.

Known limitation: this build still puts the mobile number in the URL (the approved design moves the lookup to a rate-limited POST that keeps it out of history and referrer). That POST endpoint does not exist yet, so the phone is passed in the query string as the current API requires.
